About This Fund

ECI Telecom started as a provider of advanced optical transport products. Later it has shift focus to SDN/NFV technologies. It provides an ELASTIC network solutions to service providers, utilities and data center/cloud providers. ECI’s equipment serves as the platform for key applications including business services, voice, video and wireless backhaul. They also offer professional services- consultancy, design and build, Maintenance service packages to ensure business continuity and end to end program solutions. Swarth group (PE firm owned by Shaul Shani) along with Ashmore Investment Management acquired the company for $1.2B in 2007 and took it private. Later in 2014, Swath bought out Ashmore share for $200M. Swarth group doesn't have any web presence.
