These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CrackTheDeck (the "Service"), operated by Qawiun Project Management Services Co. LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

CrackTheDeck provides AI-powered pitch deck analysis for startups and investors. Users upload pitch decks in PDF or PPTX format and receive automated scoring, feedback, and investment analysis reports.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service.

3. Account and Payments

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of the service as described on the pricing page.
• Payment is required before the analysis report is generated and delivered.

4. Refund Policy

• Basic Plan: Since the AI report is generated and delivered instantly, refunds are generally not available. If you experience a technical error preventing delivery, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.
• Pro and Expert Plans: If you are not satisfied with the human-reviewed report, you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery. We will review your request and issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.

5. Uploaded Content

• You retain all ownership rights to the pitch decks and materials you upload.
• By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
• We do not share, sell, or distribute your uploaded materials to third parties.
• Uploaded files are stored securely and may be deleted after 90 days.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, analysis methodology, reports format, and branding, is owned by the Company. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or infringes on third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Resell or redistribute reports generated by the Service

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Analysis reports are for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice, financial advice, or any professional recommendation. You should not rely solely on our reports when making investment decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
