Allen Control Systems develops autonomous precision weapon stations designed to kinetically defeat enemy drones (UAS) for military applications on land and sea. The company Bullfrog product line includes variants mounted on M240, M2, M230, and M134 weapon platforms, capable of defeating Group 1-3 UAS, FPV drones, and swarms at ranges up to 1,500 meters. The system differentiates through passive drone detection using machine vision that requires no radar, keeping battlefield positions secret, and autonomous fire control software that targets guns more accurately than human operators. The open architecture integrates with existing C2 systems for layered defense and supports less-than-lethal options including laser dazzlers and composite or rubber bullets for low-collateral defeat scenarios. Allen Control Systems also generates synthetic training data to keep threat detection models current. The company was selected for the U.S. Marine Corps Ground Based Air Defense Program for L-MADIS integration. Founded in 2024 and headquartered in Austin, Texas, Allen Control Systems has raised $242 million in Series B funding from investors including Craft Ventures, Rally Ventures, Inspired Capital, Smash Capital, Silent Ventures, and Forum Ventures.
