About

Terminal 3 is a provider of secure infrastructure for AI agents that enables enterprises to deploy autonomous agents with cryptographic guarantees of identity, data protection, and auditability. The company's flagship product, Agent Command, is a trust plane for AI agent workforces that issues verifiable agent identities portable across enterprise SSO systems including Okta, Ping, Entra, and Google Workspace, as well as open agent protocols including Google A2A, Anthropic MCP, and SPIFFE/SVID. Agent Command enforces permissions in hardware through Trusted Execution Environments, seals credentials and private data in hardware-sealed vaults substituted at the boundary so agents never access raw secrets, and logs every action to a cryptographic Merkle-tree ledger for immutable, independently verifiable audit trails. The T3 Network underpins all products with encrypted storage pinned to required jurisdictions, confidential computing inside TEEs with threshold quorum key splitting, and verifiable audit signed to an immutable ledger. Terminal 3 also offers T3 Identity for universal digital identity with passwordless authentication and self-sovereign storage, and T3 Verify for smart verifiable credentials with KYC and AML verification. Founded in 2023 and headquartered in Hong Kong, Terminal 3 has raised $8 million in Seed funding from investors including 500 Global, CMCC Global, ConsenSys Mesh, Bixin Ventures, and BlackPine.
