About

Metaforms is a provider of an AI platform for market research operations that automates and augments key workflows including survey programming, data processing, bidding management, sample management, and voice research. The survey programming module accepts questionnaires in any format and generates production-ready code following client specifications, supporting complex piping, loops, MaxDiff, segmentation, and custom JavaScript, with code generation for platforms including Decipher. The data processing module creates precise SPSS, Dimensions, and Python validation scripts tailored to data specifications, with built-in AI flagging discrepancies and handling complex validation logic. The bidding management module transforms incoming client RFPs into structured project specifications, identifies missing requirements, generates clarification questions, and produces accurate quotes using custom pricing logic. The sample management module routes sample requests to optimal suppliers, tracks and re-balances quotas across vendors in real time, and consolidates cost and feasibility comparisons. The voice research module deploys AI agents to conduct thousands of simultaneous voice interviews with automated scheduling, respondent screening, and data capture. The platform is SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant. Founded in 2019 and headquartered in Bengaluru, India, Metaforms has raised $11.3 million in Series A funding from investors including Nexus Venture Partners, Peak XV Partners, The New Normal Fund, and Indian Silicon Valley Capital.
