Axiology

Axiology provides DLT-powered capital markets infrastructure for the issuance, custody, trading, and settlement of tokenized fixed-income securities. Built on the XRP Ledger with permissioned infrastructure, the platform ensures only licensed entities can operate nodes, maintaining security and regulatory compliance. Axiology holds a DLT Trading and Settlement System (TSS) authorization under EU Regulation 2022/858, a MIFID investment firm license from the Bank of Lithuania, and ISO 27001 certification with full DORA compliance. The platform features real-time settlement, secure custody, and an integrated decentralized exchange (DEX) for secondary market liquidity. Axiology serves banks and brokers, crowdfunding platforms, and shareholder registries, and has launched Lithuania's first self-service company share register platform. The company won Best Emerging Digital Asset Exchange at the 2026 Future of Finance Awards. Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Vilnius, Lithuania, the company has raised approximately $8.1 million at the seed stage.
