Chloris Geospatial is a provider of an AI and web-based platform for measuring forest carbon stock and change directly from space. The platform offers 25 years of forest carbon data going back to the year 2000, available for any area of interest at 30m and 10m spatial resolution with pixel-level quantified uncertainty. Data products include above-ground biomass stock for quantifying biomass and carbon stocks with year-over-year change tracking, above-ground biomass change for monitoring annual emissions from deforestation and degradation plus removals from restoration and reforestation, and forest cover for monitoring forest area dynamics including gains and losses. The platform uses proprietary ML models to create biomass maps and access field data based on LiDAR measurement, with sensor-fusion technology and time series analysis. Chloris serves carbon markets with screening, due diligence, project development, and portfolio monitoring including VM0047 projects, and supply chains with baselines, emissions monitoring, and compliance reporting. All models are validated against independent, high-quality datasets derived from airborne LiDAR and field measurements.
