Cofactor Genomics is a developer of predictive diagnostic assays using RNA sequencing technology for precision medicine in immuno-oncology. The company has developed OncoPrism, the first diagnostic that accurately predicts patient response to immunotherapy by using multidimensional biomarkers rather than single analyte biomarkers. OncoPrism combines machine learning and RNA sequencing to build gene expression models for immune cells, including Immune Health Expression Models, Immune Escape Genes, and Co-inhibitory molecules. The company is conducting the national PREDAPT clinical trial, which evaluates OncoPrism ability to predict patient responses to immunotherapy across 11 solid tumor cancers, with over 24 healthcare systems participating.
