About

CubeWorks develops millimeter-scale wireless sensors and smart labels for supply chain monitoring, providing real-time temperature and location tracking of perishable goods, biopharmaceuticals, and temperature-sensitive products from first mile to last mile. The company's product lineup includes NanoTag, a real-time smart label for location and temperature tracking that can be attached to shipments, pallets, boxes, and individual items, leveraging LoRa Cloud or any LoRa network server for real-time location visibility; CubiSens XT1 Max, a family of ultra-small wireless smart sensors for item-level temperature monitoring with pharmaceutical-grade accuracy; CubeWorks Tag for real-time tracking; CubeWorks 5G for global real-time tracking; and CubeWorks USB data logger. The patented CubiSens technology, born from University of Michigan's Michigan Integrated Circuits Lab, powers IoT sensors that are fully wireless and 100 times smaller than traditional data loggers, featuring up to ±0.3°C accuracy and low power consumption for long-term monitoring. The CubeWorks Cloud platform provides comprehensive data management and analytics with real-time data, AI-based analytics, and predictions, enabling proactive response to temperature excursions and digital compliance records. Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Ann Arbor, United States, CubeWorks has raised approximately $15.3 million at the Series A stage from investors including Intel Capital, National Science Foundation, ID Ventures, Michigan Rise, Momenta, and Zell Lurie.
