About
enaDyne develops plasma catalysis technology that converts carbon dioxide into sustainable chemical resources with high efficiency, transforming the harmful greenhouse gas into a valuable raw material through innovative plasma reactors. The technology processes CO2 into basic chemicals such as ethylene and methanol, which are currently produced almost exclusively from fossil raw materials, enabling fully climate-neutral alternatives at equal or even lower production costs. enaDyne's plasma-based CO2 recycling technology serves as a highly flexible drop-in solution applicable across multiple industrial use cases including the refinement of raw biogas into higher-value hydrocarbons, profitable decarbonization of industrial point sources, and sustainable production of chemical energy storage and transport media, deployable in both centralized and decentralized configurations. The technology achieves up to 20% lower energy consumption compared to fossil methods, can produce over 10 different target products, and has the potential to reduce atmospheric CO2 by more than 3.4 gigatons. enaDyne transforms climate protection from a perceived costly obligation into an economically attractive opportunity by producing sustainable raw materials with profit, making the energy transition significantly more competitive for industrial companies. The company was selected as a Top Innovator for the World Economic Forum CCU Challenge and has won the IQ Innovationspreis 2023 and the Saxon Founder Award 2024. Founded in 2022 and headquartered in Leipzig, Germany, enaDyne has raised approximately $8.2 million at the Seed stage from investors including SpinLab, Energy Capital Ventures, Antares Ventures, Possible Ventures, and Amadeus Capital.
