EyeLights develops augmented reality heads-up display (HUD) technology for motorcycle riders, providing GPS navigation, intercom communication, and radar-based safety alerts directly in the rider's field of vision without requiring them to look away from the road. The company offers three main products: EyeRide, a GPS-intercom-radar heads-up accessory compatible with all helmet types that projects navigation, speed, and danger zone information onto the visor; GT-AIR 3 Smart, the first integrated visor heads-up projection developed in partnership with SHOEI, combining SHOEI helmet excellence with EyeLights HUD technology; and APEX HUD, a high-performance heads-up display system. EyeLights also develops HUD glasses for general aviation. Features include heads-up navigation with turn-by-turn directions, danger zone warnings for hazardous bends and speed limitations, hands-free kit with voice control, Bluetooth smartphone connectivity, and a companion mobile application. The system warns riders of dangerous bends, nearby stops, and speed limit violations, significantly enhancing rider safety and situational awareness. Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Labege, France, EyeLights has raised approximately $24.8 million at the Series A stage from investors including Techstars, Breega, Bpifrance, EIC Fund, Shift4Good, Aster, FK Group, Le Connected Camp, and IoT Valley.
