GEMESYS is an AI hardware company that designs analog chips inspired by the human brain for edge AI training and inferencing. The company develops fully analog integrated circuits based on memristor technology that adapt the information processing mechanisms of the human brain, enabling both AI training and inference capabilities at the edge. The GEMESYS chip architecture redefines traditional AI chip design by using neural networks with high sparsity and low depth for improved inference operations, while the analog paradigm is expected to increase training efficiency by a factor of 10,000 compared to digital alternatives.
