Geodnet

Geodnet is a decentralized real-time kinematic (RTK) positioning network that provides precise centimeter-level satellite navigation data for robotics, drones, autonomous vehicles, augmented reality, and AI systems. The network operates through a distributed system of satellite reference stations, where operators known as GEODNET miners install stations that contribute correction data to the network and earn GEOD tokens as passive crypto income. The platform uses 80% of its data revenue to buy back and burn GEOD tokens, permanently reducing token supply to incentivize network growth. Geodnet serves critical industry partners who use the RTK data for precision navigation in autonomous systems, with growing network coverage across multiple countries and increasing RTK data usage measured in gigabytes. The network operates under a token reward system with empty hex rewards for stations in unoccupied areas, Location NFTs for high-performing stations, and staked SuperHex opportunities for additional token rewards. Geodnet also offers GEO-PULSE, a car navigation device providing lane-level precision that pairs with a Quest App for completing token-earning tasks.
