HAAS Alert is a provider of digital alerting and collision prevention technology for connected roads through its Safety Cloud platform. The platform uses vehicle-to-everything (V2X) technology to deliver real-time digital alerts to drivers about nearby emergency vehicles, roadway hazards, and work zones, giving motorists up to 30 seconds of advance warning to slow down and move over. Safety Cloud integrates with existing telematics and fleet GPS solutions such as Geotab and Samsara, and also offers a proprietary HA-7 transponder for vehicles without compatible telematics. Alerts are delivered directly to drivers through in-vehicle infotainment systems in Stellantis vehicles (Jeep, Dodge, RAM, Chrysler) and popular navigation apps including Waze. The platform serves fire and EMS, law enforcement, towing and recovery, DOTs, construction and work zones, maintenance and utility, automotive, and school bus fleets. Safety Cloud has alerted over 369 million drivers and protected over 25 million incidents in 2025, with digital alerts proven to reduce vehicle speeds by 17%.
