About

Hercle is an institutional-grade digital asset infrastructure platform that bridges fiat, digital assets, and stablecoins to power cross-asset, cross-border transactions at scale and in real time for brokerages, banks, payment providers, and global businesses. The platform has processed over $20B in settled volumes across 30+ markets and 6 regions with 99.95% uptime and average settlement times under 5 minutes. Hercle offers two core solutions: Trade, providing end-to-end trading infrastructure encompassing liquidity, execution, conversions, settlement, and on/off ramps; and Transfer, powering the rails behind global payments by linking fiat, digital assets, and settlement through a single integration. The platform provides clean APIs for secure value transfer and trading, along with GUI, chat, and OEMSS interfaces, enabling developers to move and trade value at scale. Compliance is embedded throughout the infrastructure with risk management, Anti-Money Laundering controls, and regulatory oversight. Hercle S.r.l. is incorporated in Italy and authorized by the Banca d'Italia as an Electronic Money Institution (EMI) and by Consob as a Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) under MiCAR regulation, while HERCLE SA is a Swiss company based in Lugano providing crypto-asset exchange services to non-EU clients. The onboarding process includes sandbox exploration, testing and benchmarking, and going live with tailored support. Founded in 2019 and headquartered in Milan, Italy, Hercle has raised $11.8M in Series A funding from investors including F-Prime Capital, Fulgur Ventures, Exponential Science, Prana Ventures, Kairos, Tenity, and Banca Sella.
