The Check4 SaaS platform consists of a reusable Bluetooth reader, single-use disposable test cartridges containing digital biosensors, a saliva sample collector with Luer Lock syringe, and a mobile app that communicates results to a cloud-based interpretive algorithm, sending test results to users by text or email within minutes. The platform supports remote testing capabilities, enabling patients to test at home and send results to clinicians, businesses to screen attendees, and health agencies to access population health data. IdentifySensors maintains an extensive patent portfolio with over 24 issued patents and 10 pending, initiated FDA regulatory submissions in Q2 2025, and plans commercial introduction in 2026 for both point-of-care and over-the-counter markets.
