Intellivisit is a clinical AI platform built exclusively for urgent care, developed by UCP Merchant Medicine to enhance patient care, simplify provider workflows, and deliver real-time operational intelligence. The platform connects every touchpoint of the patient journey, from AI-generated intake through discharge, performing intelligent adaptive patient interviews that gather clinical history and chief complaint information before the provider encounter begins. Intellivisit proposes acuity levels and differential diagnoses in real time, routes patients to appropriate care venues, automates clinical orders for labs and imaging, and generates clinical documentation based on encounter data. The system features bi-directional integration with EHR platforms including Epic, eCW, Athena, and UrgentChart. Powered by a proprietary AI system called Lucent, which uses Bayesian Directed Acyclic Graph with heuristic tie breaking, the platform is designed with white-box transparency so clinicians can see the reasoning behind every recommendation.
