About

Mindsmith provides an AI-native eLearning authoring tool that enables instructional designers to create interactive, instructionally sound courses from source materials including presentations, videos, course outlines, SME documents, and SOP documents. The platform serves over 16,000 eLearning designers and features an agentic authoring workflow across four stages: Generate (AI shapes source material into tailored lessons with storyboard control), Author (refine lessons in a collaborative workspace with real-time co-authoring and inline commenting), Share (deliver via any LMS, link, or SCORM package with automatic updates), and Analyze (track completion rates, score breakdowns, and answer distributions). Mindsmith offers 30+ interactive elements including live AI conversations, animated videos, custom AI avatars, branching scenarios, quizzes, accordions, flashcards, interactive video with overlays, simulations, and more. The platform supports creation and delivery in 70+ languages simultaneously through dynamic packages, with enterprise-ready access controls, SSO, SOC 2 compliance, and WCAG 2.2 accessibility. An MCP connector integrates Mindsmith with Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI tools, enabling lesson creation and management without leaving existing workflows. Customers include Laing O'Rourke, Van Den Bosch, Satarla, Mirakl, Gaylor, and Battle Motors. Founded in 2022 and headquartered in Provo, Utah, Mindsmith has raised $4.7M in seed funding from investors including Grix Venture Capital, SaaS Ventures, Peterson Partners, Actium Partners, Next Frontier Capital, WndrCo, and Campus Founders Fund.
