Nervos Network

Nervos Network is a modular blockchain infrastructure project that provides a suite of interoperable protocols for building decentralized applications. The network is built on CKB (Common Knowledge Base), a Layer 1 blockchain secured by Proof-of-Work consensus and built on RISC-V architecture. CKB is positioned as the first fully Bitcoin-isomorphic Layer 2 solution, utilizing PoW and UTXO models to enhance Bitcoin with programmability and scalability through the RGB++ protocol, the UTXO Stack, and the CKB Lightning Network, without relying on cross-chain bridges. CKB is the only blockchain that supports all cryptographic primitives, enabling seamless interoperability with all heterogeneous blockchains and the ability to anchor sidechains, state channels, and Layer 2 networks. The platform features protocol-level account abstraction by default, a novel utility-driven tokenomic model that aligns stakeholder interests, and a modular architecture that scales to millions of transactions per second through diverse Layer 2 networks. Nervos also offers Axon for deploying custom EVM-compatible sidechains and a low-level virtual machine for unlimited build capabilities.
