NeuroLutions is a medical device company developing brain-computer interface (BCI) technology for stroke rehabilitation. The company's flagship product, IpsiHand, is an FDA-cleared, non-invasive at-home therapy system that helps chronic stroke survivors regain arm and hand function. The system comprises three components: a wireless EEG headset that measures electrical signals from the uninjured brain hemisphere to capture the patient's intention to move, a powered handpiece that moves the affected hand open and closed based on brain signals, and a tablet that guides therapy sessions and tracks progress. Clinical trial participants showed approximately 70% improvement in arm and hand movement, with an average improvement of 8.1 points on the Fugl-Meyer Assessment after 12 weeks of use.
