About

Novigenix develops immuno-transcriptomics technology for cancer precision medicine through its LITOseek platform, the first immune liquid biopsy platform based on immuno-transcriptomics that captures gene activity across millions of immune cells in blood to deliver a detailed view of immune dynamics for precision oncology. The LITOseek platform is ISO 13485-certified and integrates immune cell gene expression data with tumor DNA and multi-omic data using AI to predict therapy response, monitor disease progression, and improve patient outcomes. The platform enables robust immune biomarker discovery and predictive modeling supporting clinical development, response assessment, and cohort stratification, with capabilities including ImmunoPD response monitoring, mechanism-of-action and resistance insights, therapy response prediction, and toxicity biomarker identification. Novigenix's lead product Colox is a molecular test that measures the immune system's reaction to colorectal cancer for early detection. The company addresses the critical gap in precision oncology where patients with identical tumor mutations often respond differently to the same treatment, by decoding the immune response that plays a crucial role in cancer surveillance and treatment response but has been difficult to measure at scale with existing tools. As a pioneering TechBio company, Novigenix delivers liquid biopsy multi-omic solutions powered by AI-RNA analytics to accelerate early cancer detection and development of effective therapies. Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Epalinges, Switzerland, Novigenix has raised approximately $20 million at the Series B stage from investors including Eurostars and Europa.
