Pienso is a no-code AI document intelligence platform that enables subject matter experts to explore, train, and deploy machine learning models on unstructured text data without writing code. The platform features a four-step workflow: Ingest, which accepts raw unstructured data from emails, contracts, phone logs, and documents and categorizes it into topics; Train and Fingerprint, which puts users in the loop to refine categorization with their domain expertise; Annotate, which applies trained models to quickly label datasets; and Data Set Analysis, which enables fine-tuning and discovery through visualizations. Pienso also offers PromptFactory for constructing production-caliber prompts without code.
