Opper is a provider of a European AI gateway platform that enables access to over 300 leading AI models through a single EU-hosted LLM router. The platform is drop-in OpenAI SDK compatible, GDPR-compliant, and operates on a pay-as-you-go model, supporting models from providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, Moonshot, Meta, and Mistral across text, image, voice, and video modalities. Opper offers an Agent SDK in Python and TypeScript for building autonomous agents with tools, MCP integration, span tracing, and multi-agent composition, along with an Agent CLI that launches existing coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and OpenCode on its gateway. Hosted in AWS Stockholm, Opper serves as a single AI sub-processor, enabling organizations to add new models without DPA amendments. Founded in 2023 and headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, Opper has raised $2.9 million in Seed funding from investors including Luminar Ventures, Emblem, and Greens Ventures.
