Predictronics provides AI-based predictive analytics solutions for industrial applications, reducing unplanned downtime, quality issues, and asset monitoring challenges through its end-to-end software platform called PDX. The platform monitors critical assets by collecting and analyzing big data across three solution areas: predictive maintenance for early warning of equipment failure days, weeks, or months in advance; condition-based maintenance for rotating equipment using low-cost sensor data; and predictive quality for predicting and preventing process issues before poor quality parts are produced.
