Quadric

Quadric is a developer of licensable general-purpose neural processing unit (GPNPU) intellectual property and software for AI chip design. The Chimera GPNPU architecture provides fully programmable inference from 1 to 6,912 TOPS, with one toolchain compiling models across any number of cores. The platform supports C++ and Python via ChiPy, enabling new operators and model architectures to map without a chip respin. Chimera cores gang together across dies, chiplets, and chips with approximately 99 percent linear scaling, enabling pipeline-parallel LLMs and tensor parallelism. The Chimera SDK auto-compiles hundreds of ONNX models from PyTorch or TensorFlow, with self-service extensibility and cycle-accurate pre-silicon performance prediction via an Instruction Set Simulator. Quadric serves automotive with ASIL B/D support, enterprise vision at scale, robotics multimodal perception, and consumer AI on PCs and mobile. Selected by DENSO for next-gen ADAS and TIER IV for Autoware evaluation. Named 2025 Edge AI and Vision Product of the Year. Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Burlingame, United States, Quadric has raised approximately 90 million at the Series C stage with investors including IFC, Uncork Capital, Pear VC, and Offline Ventures.
