About

Quindar is a space technology company that provides satellite mission management software as a service, delivering a common operating picture for spacecraft operations across commercial and government space missions. The platform enables operators to monitor, control, and automate spacecraft operations through a unified interface that supports multiple missions, diverse satellite types, and various payloads without forcing replacement of existing architectures. Quindar's software is built on a modular, standards-based open architecture aligned with MOSA (Modular Open Systems Approach) principles, enabling integration into heterogeneous spacecraft and ground systems using repeatable, architecture-level patterns. Key features include multi-mission awareness with a unified operational view across spacecraft, payloads, and ground systems; stakeholder visibility and control with preserved system boundaries and mission authority; adaptive network routing and access for resilient mission management; and operational continuity under disruption. The platform integrates with ground segment providers including RBC Signals, Kongsberg Satellite Services (KSAT), Leafspace, and Atlas Space Operations, as well as development tools like GitLab, GitHub, and openC3. Quindar allows users to connect spacecraft procedures to Git, reserve antenna time, analyze flight paths, and receive network, antenna, and spacecraft alerts. Founded in 2022 and headquartered in Arvada, Colorado, Quindar has raised $27.0M in Series A funding from investors including Y Combinator, FCVC, Soma Capital, Liquid 2 Ventures, Booz Allen Hamilton, FundersClub, FUSE, Washington Harbour Partners, and Kaplan Group Investments.
