Ractigen

Ractigen is a provider of siRNA therapeutics to silence transcription repressors for the treatment of oncology, dermatology, and single-gene disorders. The companys technology is based on a discovery made at the University of California San Francisco known as RNA activation (RNAa). The companys lead candidate, RAG-1, is in the late preclinical stage and targeted for oncology. Ractigen is also developing drugs for sensory, dermatology, and single-gene disorders, leveraging its RNAa platform to activate gene expression for therapeutic purposes. Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Nantong, China, Ractigen has raised approximately 17.1 million at the Series A stage with investors including Hillhouse, CCB International, Longmen Capital, SDIC, Eisai Innovation, Linkage Ventures, Xiang He Capital, and HM Venture Partners.
