About

Seek Labs is a molecular medicine company that develops programmable CRISPR therapeutics and AI-powered molecular diagnostics for infectious diseases and oncology. The company's core platform, BioSeeker, is an AI engine that reads global sequence data, identifies conserved disease targets, and screens out anything resembling the human host or microbiome. BioSeeker routes targets into two product paths: Sequence Ablation Therapeutics using PTAP guides that target multiple sites on a disease's genetic code in a single construct, and SeekIt Diagnostics that deliver molecular answers at the point of care. SeekIt combines Velox nucleic acid extraction and ANINA ambient-temperature amplification to deliver molecular results in 15-30 minutes without electricity, instruments, or lab infrastructure. The company has mapped over 145 diseases and targets including all 25 WHO priority viral families, with programs spanning hemorrhagic fevers, respiratory viruses, orthopoxviruses, arboviruses, veterinary pathogens, and 30+ oncology programs in progress. Seek Labs has demonstrated 57% survival in an ASFV swine challenge versus 0% in untreated controls, received a $2M USDA grant for HPAI programs, and is engaged in six federal innovation pathways including BARDA, BioMaP, MCDC, MTEC, and DARPA Connect. Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, the company has raised approximately $13.6 million in Series B funding from the USDA.
