The platform offers five products: Explore for searching and buying imagery from a unified catalog; Hub for managing procurement, storage, and sharing across organizations; Map for pulling imagery into GIS tools like ArcGIS; Build for developer API access to 400+ data providers; and Connect for data providers to distribute their archive to hundreds of thousands of buyers. SkyWatch provides access to 700+ sensors and data sources covering 95% of commercial imaging satellites, with an AI Data Advisor that recommends imagery types based on natural language descriptions. Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Kitchener, Canada, SkyWatch has raised approximately $28 million at the Series B stage from investors including Space Capital, Drive Capital, BDC, Golden Ventures, Bullpen Capital, Techstars, and Globalive Capital.
