Treos Bio is a developer of cancer vaccines and companion diagnostics. Its platform technology uses proprietary algorithms to mine patient genetic profiles and match them to their response to therapeutic vaccines. The company has two diagnostic products: the PEPI test, a genetic test that predicts patient antigen-specific immune response and response to therapeutic cancer vaccines, approved as an IVD kit in Europe; and another diagnostic test under development. The platform enables personalized cancer immunotherapy by predicting which patients will respond to specific therapeutic vaccines based on their genetic makeup. Founded in 2013 and headquartered in London, United Kingdom, Treos Bio has raised approximately 22 million at the Series B stage with investors including Luminous Ventures, ConorFund, BXR Group, SPRIM Global Investments, Hopkins Capital, and Private Capital Management.
