Wesper is a medical device company that develops wearable home sleep testing technology for clinical-grade sleep diagnostics. The platform offers two diagnostic tiers within one ecosystem: Wesper Lab, an FDA-cleared home sleep apnea test (HSAT) that provides high-fidelity respiratory data including thoracic effort, abdominal effort, body position, airflow, pressure, SpO2 and heart rate, sleep staging, snoring, movement, respiratory rate, and skin temperature; and Wesper Lite, a PPG-based diagnostic validated at 96% AHI correlation to polysomnography (PSG), designed for rapid testing and remote patient monitoring. The system uses flexible silicone patches with gentle adhesives for comfortable all-night wear, and provides auto-scored studies with over 45 longitudinal trends including AHI, hypoxic burden, ODI, central apnea index, and T90. Wesper handles the full sleep management workflow including device logistics, dropship, interpretation, RPM, and titration, with EMR integration and chain-of-custody tracking. The platform has been validated across diverse populations encompassing various ages, skin tones, BMIs, and health conditions. Founded in 2017 and headquartered in New York City, Wesper has raised approximately $31.8 million in Series A funding from investors including Valor Equity Partners, Breyer Capital, Spark Capital, Brooklyn Bridge Ventures, Krillion Ventures, and Correlation Ventures.
