Whale Imaging is a high tech medical imaging device manufacturer with R&D and marketing headquartered in Boston USA and manufacturing based in China. Their G-Arm multi-planar surgical fluoroscopy systems P-Series portable diagnostic ultrasound systems are USA FDA 510(k) cleared and European CE approved, and their next generation G-Arm and diagnostic echo ultrasound products are in development. The G-Arm bi-plane surgical imaging system, thereby provides live simultaneous images in real time using X-Beam technology. It claims to have be ISO13485/9001 certified and own a number of patents. It has raised Series A round of funding from Orbimed and Sequoia Capital and Series B round of funding from Sequoia Capital.
