Xsensio

Xsensio is a wearable biosensor technology company that develops the Lab-on-Skin sensing platform, a highly-miniaturized chip-based system for continuous, real-time biochemical monitoring from the surface of the skin. Developed at the Nanolab of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL), the platform leverages semiconductor properties to collect biochemical information by analyzing electrolytes, metabolites, small molecules, and proteins, unleashing new possibilities in continuous health monitoring. Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Lausanne, Switzerland, Xsensio has raised $11.6M in Series A funding from investors including DART Ventures, Venture Kick, MassChallenge, FIT, Mayo Clinic, EIC Fund, Privilege Ventures, Europa, WI Harper Group, European Innovation Council, Swisscom StartUp Challenge, and Swiss ICT Investor Club.
