Zetta Genomics

Zetta Genomics develops XetaBase, a genomic-native data management and analysis platform that enables clinical diagnostics, healthcare initiatives, biopharmaceutical research, and research institutions to load, normalize, aggregate, index, annotate, filter, visualize, and enrich genomic data at scale. Born from the University of Cambridge and honed through contributions to Genomics England's landmark 100,000 Genomes Project, XetaBase is built on the open-source OpenCB software platform.
