Overview
Caruso is an AI-native fund administration platform that consolidates investor CRM, registry, onboarding, compliance and reporting for private-market fund managers, paired with optional managed services. Its AI agents draft investor communications, summarise meeting notes and process paper-based applications, matching documents to investor records automatically. The company says more than 900 funds and 80,000 investors use the platform, with assets under administration surging tenfold to over A$100 billion in the year to early 2026. Caruso was founded in Auckland in 2023 by Mark Hurley and Oliver Shaw and now also operates from Sydney.
