Overview

Catchlight sells prospect prioritization to wealth management firms, answering two questions an adviser faces every morning: which prospect to call next, and what that person is likely to care about. A firm loads its leads and the platform enriches each one into a full profile, drawing on public records and on first party marketing data from its corporate parent, gathering up to two thousand attributes per person, then scores the lead against a proprietary conversion model the company states was built on more than 170,000 recorded client conversions and over 100,000 adviser and client interactions. The resulting score ranks the pipeline by likelihood of becoming a client. Alongside it the platform produces a projected client revenue range for an individual lead using a methodology derived from the parent group's business data, which is a wealth and value estimate produced without the adviser asking the person anything. Around the scoring sit segment building for groups such as pre retirees, recipients of company stock and business owners, campaign personalization to those segments at scale, lead routing to the right adviser or business development representative, and funnel analysis showing which acquisition sources actually produce clients. Batches of up to 2,500 leads process at once, and the product reaches firms directly, through an application on a major customer relationship platform, through an interface, and through a large custodian's provider marketplace. Founded in Boston as Catchlight Insights, incubated in and wholly owned within Fidelity Labs, it opened broadly in 2023 and trade reporting put adoption at roughly 300 firms by late 2024. Sold in the United States only.
