Its agents include Edward, an AI underwriting officer trained on carrier manuals and rate guides, and Ava and Peter, which handle customer and compliance conversations, all routing complex cases to licensed human brokers. The company says its texting agents cut insurance quote turnaround to about three minutes and reduce inbound call volume by roughly 30 percent, and it integrates with brokerages' existing AMS and CRM systems rather than replacing them.
