Overview
Integral operates as a digital tax advisory and accounting firm for small and mid-sized European businesses, combining bookkeeping, payroll and year-end tax filings with AI automation and a team of certified tax advisors. The company connects automatically to major German banks and payment and accounting tools including Deutsche Bank, Commerzbank, Stripe, PayPal and Lexoffice, and recently added an MCP interface so AI tools can steer client financial data directly. It targets founders and SMEs structured as UG, GmbH or holding companies, and in 2026 acquired payroll platform Cleverlohn. Integral was founded by former Qonto Germany head Lukas Zörner and ex-Finleap CTO Anil Can Baykal.
