Pasito builds AI agents that turn unstructured benefits plan documents and employee census data into a unified data layer, automating plan construction, quoting, enrollment, and claims workflows for the group health, life, and retirement benefits industry. The company says its AI agents reach 98% accuracy in plan construction versus a 74% industry average. Customers include insurers such as Reliance Matrix and New York Life and consulting firms OneDigital and Daybright Financial, and Pasito says its platform now supports over 7,800 employers and 9.1 million employees. The company was founded in 2022 by CEO Pauline Roteta, a former BlackRock portfolio manager, and went through Y Combinator's Summer 2022 batch.
