About

Dfns provides a core banking platform for digital assets that enables banks, fintechs, and businesses to run financial operations and build products on-chain. The platform secures over $100 billion in client assets and processes over $10 billion in monthly transaction volume across 400+ fintech and institutional clients, with approximately 1% of the global stablecoin payments industry settling through Dfns infrastructure. The platform comprises eight core modules: Wallet-as-a-Service for creating, indexing, and managing wallets across 100+ blockchains; Transaction Management for formatting, approving, decoding, simulating, signing, broadcasting, and tracking transactions at scale; Treasury Management for managing on-chain treasury across entities, currencies, and networks; Tokenization Engine for issuing and servicing tokenized assets across their full lifecycle; Workflows for setting up operations across execution, settlement, compliance, and reporting; Policy Engine for enforcing rules before every signature including limits, whitelists, quorums, and roles; Governance Engine for cryptographically verifying every intent, policy, and signature; and Key Management supporting MPC, HSMs, TEEs, and BYOK models. Dfns supports SaaS, hybrid, and on-premises deployments with HSM and TEE options from Thales, IBM, AWS Nitro, and Intel FDX. The platform is SOC 2 Type I and II, ISO 27001, ISO 27017, and ISO 27018 certified, with zero security breaches and zero client key losses, 24/7 security operations, quarterly audits by Halborn, IBM, and Kudelski, and $15M insurance coverage underwritten by Beazley and Munich Re.
