About

Feelit is an Industry 4.0 predictive maintenance company that develops patented nanotechnology-based sensing solutions enabling real-time insights for industrial assets, empowering manufacturers to transform the way they manage critical equipment through non-intrusive, zero-downtime monitoring. The company's unique ink-based sensing technology combines a printed nanotechnology sticker sensor that is flexible and thinner than 30 micrometers, a wireless edge device, and proprietary analytics that can detect parameter changes and predict upcoming failures in manufacturing and process systems. The nanotechnology sensors are positioned on the outside of equipment but sense structural changes on the inside at very high resolution, providing data analytics insights that increase production efficiency. Feelit offers specialized sensor solutions for five critical asset types: Flange monitoring for displacement, deformation, bolt and clamp load loosening, and gasket wear; Pipe monitoring for pressure patterns, wall thinning, elasticity loss, and leakage and burst prediction; Valve monitoring for open/close state, opening percentage, leakage detection, and time to open/close; Steam Trap monitoring for malfunction detection and cooling system abnormal activity, including a Steam Loss Calculator; and Heat Exchanger monitoring. The platform enables predictive and condition-based maintenance, helping users increase uptime, reduce costs, and mitigate safety, health, and environment risks. The patented end-to-end agile sensing and analytics solutions can be deployed and scaled across diverse industrial environments, designed for harsh conditions with plug-and-play installation. Feelit serves manufacturing and process industries with clients including Merck, Henkel, Continental, Drive, Migross, Bazan Group, and ICL, and has operations in the US, Germany, and Bulgaria. Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Haifa, Israel, Feelit has raised $22.1M in Series A funding from investors including Continental, Henkel Tech Ventures, M Ventures, Merck, Global IoT Technology Ventures, Takwin, ExitValley, Technioncanada, Europa, EIC Fund, Alea Capital Partners, Henkel Ventures, PMatX, Technion DRIVE Accelerator, and Co-pace.
