SCINTIL Photonics is a semiconductor company developing dense multi-wavelength laser sources for AI datacenter optical interconnects. The company’s flagship product, LEAF Light, is the world’s first single-chip DWDM-native laser source, designed to push speeds beyond 1 terabit per second in a single fiber with half the power and one-tenth the latency of competing solutions. SCINTIL’s proprietary SHIP (Scintil Heterogeneous Integrated Photonics) process technology leverages standard silicon photonics fabrication, using wafer-scale bonding of Indium Phosphide on Silicon to enable heterogeneous photonic IC production at scale in commercial foundries.
