Agent IQ's Lynq platform lets community banks and credit unions keep relationship banking personal in digital channels, combining AI self service with the ability for a customer to reach a named human banker at any point. Its distinguishing feature is a banker carousel showing brief biographies and photographs so an account holder can choose their own personal banker rather than being routed to whoever is free, and that relationship persists across conversations. Channels span asynchronous messaging, live chat, video, voice, co browsing, text and social, with real time translation into more than 100 languages, and AI handles more than 80 percent of incoming conversations while institutions report call center volume down 29 percent. The company positions itself explicitly on augmenting bankers rather than replacing them.
