Traduality is itself a credit union service organization, built to let credit unions and community banks serve members who prefer a language other than English without hiring interpreters for every branch. Its Fire Lingo platform provides real time AI translation on in branch tablets so staff and members can hold a natural conversation, extends to phone support, contact centers and back office departments, and produces translated forms, documents and marketing material through a cloud product. Languages deployed include Spanish, Haitian Creole, Chinese, Korean and French. The founding observation is that when a member cannot speak with the people in a branch, the products, rates and mission stop mattering and the member gets a workaround instead of a relationship.
