Its AI layer, branded Selene, is natively embedded in that stack rather than integrated alongside it: conversational voice and chat agents use intent recognition and issuer specific knowledge bases to answer cardholder queries, process payments, resolve disputes and modify accounts, with orchestration routing between human agents and automated co-pilots.
